The terms of any consulting engagement are separate from these Terms of Service.

IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN IN ARBITRATION, YOU AND NEXUFRAME WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
