What the price doesn’t include

Honest about scope.

So you don’t get surprised on the back end.

Third-party software costs.
API usage, LLM tokens, or third-party SaaS subscriptions (Twilio, SendGrid, etc.) that your workflows consume. We pass these through at cost — no markup.
Infrastructure hosting.
If your workflows need cloud hosting, we’ll set it up in your AWS/GCP/Azure account — you own it, you pay the provider directly.
Scope creep mid-build.
If you ask for additional workflows or major scope changes after the build starts, we’ll quote the change before doing it. No surprise invoices.

Why is the assessment free?
Because the most useful thing we do is figure out whether AI is the right move for your team. If it isn’t, the right answer is to tell you that — not to charge you $2,500 to find out.
Can I pay monthly instead of a fixed fee?
Fixed-fee projects are paid 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery. If you’d rather spread the cost, the Ongoing Partnership ($2,500/mo) covers new builds incrementally with no per-workflow fee — effectively a monthly payment model.
What if my workflow needs more than 2–4 weeks?
The 2–4 week estimate is for a single, well-scoped workflow with clean integrations. Larger or more complex work is quoted as a multi-workflow engagement. We’ll tell you up front if your project doesn’t fit the One Workflow tier.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or early-stage startups?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Mention it in the assessment and we’ll work something out.
What happens after the 30/90 days of post-launch support end?
You can move to the Ongoing Partnership ($2,500/mo) for continued support, or you can own the workflow outright and we’ll hand off full documentation. Most clients choose the partnership.
Are these prices negotiable?
Not really. The fixed-fee structure is part of how we work — you know the cost up front, we don’t have an incentive to bill more hours. The Custom tier exists for engagements that genuinely don’t fit the standard scopes.
